2011 TRAINING CAMP INFORMATION

Get Ready For Region 2 Optional Training Camps 2011!

SUPER CAMPS - Open to all Region 2 7, 8, 9 and 10 Gymnasts.

Northern Super Camp - Redmond, WA - Emerald City Gymnastics - November 12th & 13th
*Host Hotel is the Redmond Inn. Ask for the Emerald City Gymnastics Rate when booking.

Southern Super Camp - Tigard, OR - Metro Gymnastics Center - November 12th & 13th

Western Super Camp - Honolulu, HI - Hawaiian Island Twisters - January 8, 2012

Cost for the Eastern, Northern and Southern Camps - $100 for the weekend.
Tentative Times: Saturday 1:00pm - 7:00pm, Sunday 9:00am - 1:00pm
Cost for the Western Camp - $35, Tentative Time: 12:00pm - 4:00pm

HIGH TECH CAMP - First choice for all level 9 and 10 qualifiers to Westerns and Nationals - Open spots for all other 9 and 10 gymnasts.

November 5th & 6th - Beaverton, OR
Oregon Gymnastics Academy
$100 for the Weekend
Tentative Times: Saturday 1:00pm - 7:00pm, Sunday 9:00am - 1:00pm

CAMP SCHEDULES

SATURDAY
Check In: 12:30 - 1:00pm. Please arrive early so we can be organized before we start. Thanks.

1:00pm - 1:30pm: Warm Up

1:30pm - 6:45pm: 5 Rotations (1 hour each)

Please bring a healthy snack, there will be a break to eat during this time.

6:45pm - 7:00pm: Stretching and wrap up for the day.

SUNDAY
8:30-9:00am: Warm Up

9:00am - 12:00pm: 3 Rotations (1 hour each)

12:00pm - 12:15pm: Stretching, Games, Prizes, Wrap Up
